Tom is the founder of Clearview Recruitment and the driving force behind its long-term success. With a background in property Sales and Lettings, plus over a decade in recruitment, he knows the industry inside out. He’s built Clearview into a trusted name within property recruitment across the South West, matching bright candidates with the right opportunities. When he’s not focused on business growth, he’s a hands-on Dad, juggling work and family life. He’s also a keen Brazilian Jiu Jitsu practitioner and avid golfer.

Alex joined Clearview Recruitment in 2024 and since then, he, along with Tom, have been plotting the company’s ambitious future!
The pair met whilst rolling on the mats at their local Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Club. Since then, Alex has been driving change with fresh ideas and smarter systems. With a background in Lettings and Property Sourcing, he brings real industry insight, adding value for both clients and candidates. Away from recruitment, he’s a proud Dad to his daughter – keeping him just as busy at home as he is in the office. He’s also a keen drummer and tries to keep up with Tom on the golf course. We’re glad to have him on board as Clearview continues to grow.

Meet Doone, the newest member of the team. She comes in as a Recruitment Consultant, with a genuine passion for connecting people with new opportunities that work for them and a dedication for building strong relationships that last. Outside of work, she’s a keen seamstress and a qualified bra fitter, skills that reflect her attention to detail and care in everything she does. We are happy to have Doone join the team, where she is already having a positive impact with new and existing candidates.
